Job Description
- Outdoor sales representative
- Build relationships with customers and help to establish business connections for the airline.
- Manage customer files and maintain customer accounts.
- Increase the market share of the company and monitoring competitiveness are also part of your job duties.
- Monitoring competitors activates and update executive manager to report to HQ on weekly basis with recommendation to face competitions activities.
- Analyze the potential of new agents in the respective territory.
- To make sure that agents are informed & updated on all new information, sales promotion, new services, schedules …. etc on regular basis.
- Maintain sales record of all appointed travel agents in respective area.
- Identifying strong and weak agents according to their productivity and knowing the traffic of each agent.
- Generate proper database for top corporate accounts has traffic to GCC market to get a new direct business with special corporate deals.
- Gather market information on our competitors and be aware of market activity of government rules and regulations.
- Bid & compete for all available groups & blocks in the market.
- Coordinate with executive manager to get special deal for corporate account & follow up until signing the contract deal.
