- We’re searching for a qualified store associate to add to our team, and to provide the excellent customer service and support we’re known for.
- The ideal candidate will represent our company and provide exceptional customer care at all times.
- The store associate answers questions, handles complaints, and maintains a clean, well-organized sales floor.
- Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
Job Requirements
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Actively connect and engage with customers entering the store
- Passionately inspiring and serving and selling to our consumers
- Always work with a team-first mindset, fully respecting all colleagues and actively contributing to making a welcoming environment for all
- Guide our customers through the digital touchpoints in the store
- Organizing product display
- Coordinating with the operations & warehouse teams to keep updated of the stock status
- Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures
- Basic math skills
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
- Cheerful working attitude
Job Requirements
- Presentable.
- Bachelor Degree
- Experienced in sales is preferred.
- English level is good.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Work Environment: rotational shifts.
