Role Description
- This is a full-time Account Manager role located on-site in Heliopolis at Groovy Aesthetic clinics.
- The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Must Have Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- 1-3 years of experience in account management
- Must be located within a commutable distance to Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
