Job Description
- Develop and implement technical operation strategy
- Develop and build monitoring solutions and KPIs for company different solutions.
- Operate and Build multiple high-performance, stable, scalable systems.
- Drive best practices and set standards for technical operation teams and platforms.
- Influence technical operation team’s strategy and contribute significantly to team planning.
- Judge and make trade-offs between immediate and long-term business needs.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies to ensure a risk-free and safe work condition.
- Collaborate with different partners to make other team members more productive
- Share knowledge and experience with the technical operation team and other parties.
- Help to tie-break key technical decisions.
- Conduct risk assessments to analyze risks and operational hazards
- Oversee the hiring, training, and monitoring of technical operations staff
- Ensure technical solutions and equipment are operational and efficient.
- Organize training programs to educate technical operations personnel on standard operating procedures
- Build and maintain good working relationships with clients in order to maximize patronage
- Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures when performing job duties
- Produce periodic reports to update company management on the progress of operations
- Mentor and motivate a technical team to put in their best effort to improve their level of performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures when performing job duties
- Conduct annual staff appraisals and assessments to determine staff training needs
- Liaise with other departmental heads to plan and implement action plans for improved technical operations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical processes, functions, and requirements.
Job Requirements
- Has direct experience in telecom or IT systems and preferred knowledge in the e-payment ecosystem.
- At least 7 years in technical operations management.
- Has desire and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
- ITIL certificate is preferred
- Network and Systems management is preferred.
