About the role:
Bosta is looking for a top-performing Business Development Lead. This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a hyper-growing, well-funded start-up.
You will play an important role in our aggressive market expansion and enhancing our presence by Planning, Designing, and Executing growth opportunities with all the potential partners including startups, corporates, private entities, NGOs, and even Governments.
We aim through the business development function to -but not limited- :
- Raise Bosta’s brand awareness.
- Widen our marketing activities scope.
- Drop our CACs.
- Retain our customers.
- Validate the new products.
What you will be doing.
- Opens new markets, develop and sustain long-standing relationships with partners that will support our growth targets.
- Mergers & acquisitions, improve the company’s acquisitions practice, grow its portfolio of partners, drive expansion opportunities, manage and grow the acquisitions.
- PR - GR - FR (donors/investors).
- Sales & non-traditional sales (new business lines, commercialization, & new products).
- Events’ sponsorship.
- Programs & PM.
- Outreach and partnerships .
Job Requirements
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communication, or a relevant major.
- 3-4 years of experience in business development with a focus on the e-commerce/shipping field.
- Working experience in a startup.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strategic thinker. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, project management & analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
