 Mobily, one of the main telecom service provider companies in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the telecommunications & ICT industry and a solid background in a pre-sales role within a business-focused setting. 

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, providing business-centric solutions and support to secure deals. Conduct business-centered product demonstrations and presentations for customers, showcasing the unique value proposition of our solutions. Develop and deliver business-oriented training to customers and internal teams.
  •  Aid in the creation of responses to customer RFPs and RFIs, focusing on business value and impact. Collaborate with product management and business unit leaders to provide feedback on products, industry trends, and business opportunities. Contribute to the design and development of new product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends, with a focus on business impact. 
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team, technical teams, and business unit, ensuring clear communication of customer needs and business expectations

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  •  6-12 years of experience in a pre-sales role within a business unit in the telecommunications/ ICT industry. Solid background in VMware cloud, and or Cybersecurity solutions. Strong business and technical acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio and the ability to articulate its advantages to a business-focused audience. 
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer needs into business solutions
