Job Description
Compliance Management:
- Ensure adherence to all local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor law changes and implement necessary updates to company policies and procedures.
Employee Database Management:
- Regularly update and maintain the employee database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all employee records.
- Oversee the CV tracking system, ensuring it is current and reflects accurate candidate information.
Attendance Tracking:
- Record and monitor employee attendance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Generate reports on attendance patterns and provide insights to management as needed.
Contract Management:
- Follow up on the renewal of employee contracts, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain records of contract status and follow up renewals dates to give feedback about this to the HR Manager.
Social Insurance Issues:
- Manage social insurance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely submissions.
- Provide support to employees regarding their social insurance inquiries and issues.
Employee Engagement:
- Plan and organize employee entertainment activities, celebrations, and recognition events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate the distribution of gifts and rewards for special occasions and employee milestones.
- Prepare and present reports on compliance, attendance, and employee engagement activities to HR management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any HR related study.
- Previous experience in personnel, with a focus on compliance preferred.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of social insurance regulations and processes.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite specially excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
