Job Description

  • Investigate process gaps,  assess process risks, and analyze process performance.
  • Define and validate process design considering workflow, cycle time, and control requirements.
  • Plan, prepare and execute business process improvement projects
  • Effectively follow up on improvement initiatives and manage business owners and stakeholders.
  • Apply quality tools and continuous improvement technics using lean-six sigma.
  • Using automation tools and a digital transformation approach.
  • Audit business processes, procedures, and instructions implementation using standard templates.
  • Maintain QMS compliance with ISO standards and Operational excellence requirements.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office
  • V. good Command of English (Written & Speaking)
  • Presentation skills
  • Planning & Time Management
  • Certified ISO 9001 quality management system
  • Certified  Lean Six-sigma Green built.
