Job Description
- Investigate process gaps, assess process risks, and analyze process performance.
- Define and validate process design considering workflow, cycle time, and control requirements.
- Plan, prepare and execute business process improvement projects
- Effectively follow up on improvement initiatives and manage business owners and stakeholders.
- Apply quality tools and continuous improvement technics using lean-six sigma.
- Using automation tools and a digital transformation approach.
- Audit business processes, procedures, and instructions implementation using standard templates.
- Maintain QMS compliance with ISO standards and Operational excellence requirements.
