Job Description
- Lead and oversee the quality control section to ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes and procedures for sweets and food production.
- Supervise and mentor quality control staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Analyze quality control test results and implement corrective actions to address deviations or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to quality control activities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international food safety standards, including HACCP, ISO, and other relevant certifications.
- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to enhance quality control processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the food production industry.
- Proven experience in leading or supervising a quality control team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulations, and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and implement effective quality control procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in preparing and maintaining quality documentation and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced production environment.
