Medical Devices Sales Supervisor (Cairo & Sohag)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and weekly visits to cover the entire region.
• Preparing the weekly and monthly plans for the sales representatives until all the parties are covered and the open opportunities are monitored and followed up.
• Visit all private and governmental bodies and know their needs and open up opportunities to sell them.
• Display the company's devices to customers and display their advantages so that they are compatible with their needs.
• To expand and promote the company's equipment in all parties through strengthening relations and visiting the parties and through the management of delegates and guide them in the methods of sale and the work of double visits with them in the lines of traffic.
• Negotiate prices until the opportunity to sell at the best price and interest of the company.
• Distributing sales areas and targets to sales representatives according to each region
• Follow-up sales representatives and follow-up to achieve the goals set.9 - The work of periodic groups to support the spirit of the team and raise morale and follow-up implementation of work plans and work plans and future analysis of the way of performance and the development of corrective and developmental measures.
• Solve any problems you meet with sales representatives and give them full support so that they can follow their work.
• Work for the delegates, whether sales or technical skills of the device to develop their skills
• Set sales targets for sales representatives and follow up on their achievement.12 - Maintaining the achievement of the company's goal through the implementation of the company's policies to develop the company's sales.
