Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers and travelers in a professional manner
- Facilitate travel procedures and ensure accurate data entry and documentation
- Send data and reports to the concerned authorities via email
- Communicate with clients (in person, by phone, or email) to answer inquiries and resolve issues
- Handle emergency situations and solve problems promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams and external entities to ensure smooth workflow
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Additional languages are a strong plus
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
