Job Description

  • Handle all incoming/outgoing calls of the call center.
  • Provide follow up, occasional campaigns and call backs blended with normal inbound calls.
  • Provide best possible service to both external and internal customers to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items

Job Requirements

  • Must have experience at least 6 months in telecommunication company as a customer care or call center international calls
  • Graduates only can apply
  • Excellent English is preferred.
  • Females only.
  • Very Good communication skills and negotiations skills
  • Working hours from 10am to 6pm fixed hours
  • Flexible and good listener.
