Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify client needs and propose suitable catering solutions for events.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized event packages.
Coordinate event details with internal departments (kitchen, service staff, logistics, etc.).
Achieve monthly and annual catering sales targets.
Conduct client visits, site inspections, and event tastings when needed.
Ensure smooth event execution and follow up with clients to guarantee satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or catering.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and customer-oriented attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
