Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify client needs and propose suitable catering solutions for events.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized event packages.
- Coordinate event details with internal departments (kitchen, service staff, logistics, etc.).
- Achieve monthly and annual catering sales targets.
- Conduct client visits, site inspections, and event tastings when needed.
- Ensure smooth event execution and follow up with clients to guarantee satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or catering.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
