Job Description

Cleaning Services:

  • Distributing daily tasks to cleaning staff according to the work plan.
  • Monitoring the cleanliness level in all facilities (offices, restrooms, warehouses, corridors, etc.).
  • Periodically identifying the needs for cleaning materials and tools.
  • Coordinating with the purchasing or stores department to provide the necessary supplies on time.

Catering Services:

  • Following up on the stages of meal preparation in the kitchen or by the catering provider.
  • Ensuring meals are delivered on time and in the required quantity and quality.
  • Ensuring that staff involved in meal preparation adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Monitoring the expiration dates and storage methods of food items.

Fleet Services:

  • Preparing daily vehicle operation schedules (departure – return – special tasks).
  • Assigning drivers to different routes based on operational needs.
  • Ensuring that vehicles are technically and operationally ready before use.
  • Monitoring vehicle movement during task execution and maintaining continuous coordination with drivers.
  • Following up on drivers’ attendance and adherence to schedules.
  • Providing daily instructions and guidance on routes and general discipline.
  • Monitoring the fuel consumption of each vehicle.
  • Preparing periodic reports on fuel consumption and any deviations.
  • Ensuring that drivers comply with safety procedures and traffic regulations.
  • Inspecting vehicle and driver licenses and insurance to ensure validity.
  • Supervising the maintenance of operational records for each vehicle and driver.
  • Documenting any traffic incidents or violations involving vehicles.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Preparing requisition forms for office supplies and administrative materials.
  • Coordinating with the purchasing department to receive and distribute supplies to the relevant departments.
  • Inventorying administrative assets (offices, equipment, furniture, etc.) and updating related records.
  • Following up on periodic stocktaking and reporting damaged or missing items.

  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Friendly, reliable, and punctual
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long periods
  • Ability to work irregular hours (day and night shifts)
