Job Description
- Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies to be able to advise customers about the best implementation approach.
- Carrying out a gap analysis for As-Is and To-Be. Preparing scope documents, objectives, and deliverables. Activities included understanding business requirement, process details, and reporting requirements and the integration between various functions.
- - Involved in requirement gathering of existing business practices and documenting As-Is business processes accordingly
- Giving a hand on in Configuring and customizing product functionalities and preparing documentation for the processes involved
- Working closely with technical and functional consultants to resolve cross-functional issues
- Carrying out unit testing and integration testing, developing test scenarios, testing and documenting test results
- Conducting user training and preparing training manuals
Job Requirements
- Industrial Knowledge like construction , Manufacturing is plus
- Experience in International ERP ( SAP, ORACLE, MICROSOFT and INFOR LN
- Bachelor's degree, with accounting/ business/ manufacturing/ Computer Science or IT major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing ERP software
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
- Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and to keep things moving and to juggle multiple tasks
- Knowledge with ERP cloud applications.
- Good knowledge of business processes.
