Job Description
- Develop, deploy, and maintain SAP applications that meet the operational needs of various departments within El Ahlyia.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify software requirements and design systems that enhance business processes and productivity.
- Ensure the integration of new systems with the existing IT infrastructure, minimizing disruption and optimizing resource use.
- Provide technical support for all company software applications, troubleshooting issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to resolve complex technical problems and optimize application performance.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for software application usage and maintenance.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users on new and existing applications, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of systems.
- Create user manuals and training materials that facilitate understanding and independent use of software applications.
- Monitor user feedback and continuously improve training programs to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
- Regularly review software systems and applications to identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades or new solutions.
- Coordinate with the IT Manager and other stakeholders to plan and implement system upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption to operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure El Ahlyia’s systems remain current and competitive.
- Oversee the implementation of data analytics tools and systems that support business intelligence and decision-making processes.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all software applications, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports that provide insights into system performance, user adoption, and application effectiveness.
- Ensure all software applications comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
- Implement security measures and best practices to protect systems from unauthorized access, data breaches, and other threats.
- Participate in regular security audits and reviews to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related area is required.
- Advanced certifications are highly desirable
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in systems and applications management, preferably within the medical devices industry.
- Proven experience in SAP.
- Strong understanding of data management, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
