Job Description
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Khater’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople
- oversees and evaluate the activities and performance of the sales team
- ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
- monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
- provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
- plan and direct sales team training
- assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
- generate timely sales reports
- formulate sales policies and procedures
- help prepare budgets
- control expenses and monitor budgets
- conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
- analyze data to identify sales opportunities
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in similar position not less than 6-8 years.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Must have Construction experience and knowledge.
- Must be comfortable with commission based income.
- Have strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
