Job Description

  • Work on the Attendance report and data collection on monthly basis
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Perform receptionist duties such as photocopying, collating, etc.
  • Schedule meetings rooms.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy.
  • Hand out employee applications.
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
  • Perform other administration tasks like filing and departments' coordination.

 

Job Requirements

  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Professional demeanor
  • Very Good communication skills and English language proficiency
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Presentable
