Quality Manager Fruits & Vegetables, IQF

We are seeking to find a talented new success partner to join our team to handle Quality Assurance:

• Auditing and managing the implementation of all activities related to the requirements and standards of HACCP, NFSA, BRC, and the company's QC standards
• Ensuring the incoming raw material inspection matches the quality standards and customer specifications
• Responsible for monitoring the quality of the company's products to ensure they comply with quality standards and required specs.
• Analyzing production samples to evaluate the reports from QC and production and ensure that they match the required specifications
• Handling customer claims and performing root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement
• Monitoring the performance of production and quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
• Following up on the company's quality documentation system and updating it when required
• Evaluating the quality of packaging materials and ensuring they are compliant
• Identifying and setting appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
• Performs other duties as assigned
