Job Description

We’re Hiring AR & QC Supervisor, Location: 6th of October City.
Are you passionate about pharmaceutical innovation and formulation development? Join our dynamic Quality team and play a key role in shaping high-quality, compliant, and effective products.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of QC analysts and laboratory staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee the execution of chemical, physical, and microbiological testing for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
  • Ensure all laboratory operations comply with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Review and approve test results, laboratory documentation, and Certificates of Analysis.
  • Investigate and resolve out-of-specification (OOS) results, deviations, and non-conformances; lead or support CAPA implementation.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; ensure equipment is qualified and maintained according to SOPs.
  • Author, review, and update SOPs, test methods, and other technical documents.
  • Support regulatory inspections and internal/external audits; ensure laboratory is always audit-ready.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations in the laboratory.
  • Foster a culture of compliance, teamwork, and professional development within the QC team.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
  • Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Technology (preferred).

Experience:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical AR & QC laboratory development.
  • Strong knowledge of analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV/Vis, dissolution, wet chemistry).
  • Familiarity with cGMP, USP, ICH, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with method validation, transfer, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of data integrity requirements and laboratory documentation practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities.
