Job Description
1. _Develop quality and food safety systems
2. Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
3. Provide training and education to staff on quality and food safety.
4. Analyze data and improve quality and food safety processes.
5. Participation in the periodic audit process (internal and external)
6. Measuring customer satisfaction through external visits to customers
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
- Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
