Job Description
- Actively promote and sell of Ground Engaging Tools (GET) to existing and potential customers in the mining, construction, and related industries across Egypt.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement managers, engineers, and site managers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product demonstrations, application advice, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate closely with UGEI's internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
- Stay up-to-date with G.E.T product developments, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mining, or related field preferred).
- Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in technical sales, preferably within the mining, construction, or heavy equipment industries.
- Strong technical understanding of Ground Engaging Tools (GET), their applications, and related machinery (e.g., excavators, loaders, bulldozers).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Valid Egyptian driver's license and willingness to travel within Egypt.
- Familiarity with CRM, ODOO software is an advantage.
