Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
    * Research target audiences and market trends to identify opportunities.
    * Develop data-driven digital marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, website traffic).
    * Choose the most effective channels for each campaign (e.g., social media, email marketing, search engine marketing).
    * Manage campaign budgets and timelines.
  • Content Creation Powerhouse:
    * Craft compelling content (written, visual, and video) for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
    * Develop content calendars to plan and schedule content across channels.
    * Social Media Rockstar:
    * Manage our social media presence across different platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
    * Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our follower base and increase engagement (likes, comments, shares).
    * Monitor brand mentions and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Analysis Detective:
    * Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement).
    * Use data insights to identify what's working and what needs improvement.
    * Generate reports to communicate campaign effectiveness and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve:
    * Continuously research and learn about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
    * Recommend new strategies and tools to stay ahead of the competition.
    * Digital Orchestrator:
    * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, development, copywriting) to ensure all aspects of digital marketing campaigns are aligned and executed effectively.
    * Clearly assign tasks and deadlines to team members.
    * Provide feedback and monitor the quality and performance of work delivered by internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organisational ability
  • Fluency in English
