Job Description
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions to support business operations and client requirements.
- Administer, monitor, and optimize Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and related services.
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Azure cloud services.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements for all Microsoft environments.
- Provide expert-level support and mentorship to junior engineers and IT staff.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and patch management activities.
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft systems engineering or administration.
- Proven expertise in managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Azure cloud services.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of network protocols, security principles, and system integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in documenting technical processes and system configurations.
