Job Description
- Conduct monthly payroll cycle calculation and administer bank transfers integrated with Finance department.
- Calculate monthly bonuses or commissions.
- Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.
- Responsible for the coordination between payroll, human resources, budget to insure the proper data flow for all employee data e.g. overtime, leaves, headcount, new hires, resignation, termination .etc.
- Prepare annual budget and report on performance.
- Manage all employees master data creation & maintenance.
- Support managers in their decisions about compensation packages and ways to motivate employees. Manage annual salaries review & promotions cycle.
- Support Management in developing & maintaining Salary scale.
- Perform monthly / quarterly / annual submissions for official salaries taxes declaration.
- Provide advice on the resolution of classification and salary complaints.
- Prepare compensation analysis information.
- Participate in related to Compensation and Benefits process projects.
- Research employee benefit and health practices and recommend changes or modifications to existing policies.
Job Requirements
