Job Description
- Preparing and implementing project plans with an estimated cost for each project.
- Conducting research regarding materials and techniques used in construction of buildings or other structures
- Monitoring construction processes and providing training and team building sessions are required.
- Conducting inspections during the construction process to ensure that construction meets building codes and standards.
- Conducting feasibility assessments and site inspections.
- Manage the project budgets, resources, deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.
- Preform the site duties well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.
- Maintaining and repairing existing structures such as water towers, roads, and sewer line, MEP, etc
- Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
- To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Experience in plant maintenance
- AutoCAD is Must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent business and technical writing.
- Good knowledge in using the Technical office programs.
- Very Good English
