Job Description
Supervise and manage all finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, false ceilings, partitions, joinery, aluminum, glass, and other architectural finishes.
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements related to finishing works.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely execution of works.
Monitor material quality, workmanship, and adherence to project standards.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight delays, challenges, or risks.
Inspect and approve completed works to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
Ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times on site.
Assist in preparing snag lists and ensure closure of punch points before handover.
Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of finishing materials and verify quantities on site.
Support project managers in achieving timely completion and high-quality finishing.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
4 years of relevant experience in finishing works for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction finishing materials and methods.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera is a plus).
