Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: -
- Responsible for developing business plan & sales strategy for the department to achieve growth in Market share, Volume & revenue while ensuring profitability in line with Company Objectives.
- Sets the standards and performance measures of the Sales operations in line with the department’s strategic objectives, and monitors their timely implementation, and ensures their achievement.
- Identifies new sales leads and expands coverage for the assigned product(s) and communicates arising cross-sales opportunities to the concerned Sales team.
- Conducts sales calls to key customers and provides them with creative solutions to finance their purchase.
- Lead sales team by conducting regular coaching and feedback to build motivation and selling skills.
- Find innovative solutions to meet customer requirements and achieve company goals
- Analyzing competition market scenario, market behavior pattern & reporting the same to senior management to develop action plans.
- Responsible for running consumer promotions, monitoring pack performance and reviewing with customers & assist to clear payment disputes, marketing budgets, credit notes etc., with finance & customers, to ensure smooth operation.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder .
- +10 Years of proven experience in sales with at least 4 years of experience in coffee.
- Fluent in English.
- Microsoft office very good at excel.
