Job Description
- Follow up warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
- Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Train and manage the warehouse teams assigned to different clients to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
- Follow up the monthly closing procedures and ensure that the data is ready to issue invoices to customers through the relevant department.
- Create, lead, and support continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives with a focus on time and in full improvements.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with standards of operations, safety, occupational health and quality
- Ensure that warehouse operations are compliant with GDP/ GMP standards and instructions
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in warehouse management preferably in Fashion and retail industry – B2B.
- B.Sc. Degree in logistics, supply chain management or any related.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Advanced Microsoft skills & Analysis Dash board
- Advanced Presentation skills
- Strong Leadership, decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- English proficiency
