We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Media Buyer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, negotiating, purchasing, and optimizing media space across digital and traditional platforms to maximize ROI. This role requires a deep understanding of the Gulf region's media landscape, consumer behavior, and advertising trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and programmatic platforms).
- Research and evaluate media channels (digital & offline) based on target audience, campaign goals, and budget.
- Negotiate with media vendors and platforms to secure the best rates and placements.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Conduct A/B testing and performance optimization across creatives and placements.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging with media strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and platform updates, particularly in the GCC.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships in the Gulf media ecosystem.
- Prepare detailed post-campaign reports and insights for internal and client use.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on media buying experience, preferably in the Gulf region (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman).
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and driving performance results.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools and platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, etc.).
- Familiarity with offline media (radio, print, OOH) and negotiation practices in the Gulf.
- Proficient in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Arabic language is a plus; English fluency is a must.
- Experience working in or with agencies is preferred.
