- Identify and develop areas where information security policies and procedures require the establishment or updating.
- Plan, design, and audit policies and procedures that protect the integrity and access of electronic systems and information to protect information from accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.
- Provide risk assessments and security briefings on security issues.
- Providing required education, awareness, and training to members of the community.
- Provide strategic direction to the public security program to improve the information security situation and the level of assurance for the organization.
- Assist in defining the scope, objectives, approaches, plans and resource needs that are clearly defined and documented.
- Train users and enhance security awareness to ensure system security and improve server and network efficiency.
- Perform a wide range of network administration duties including installations, debugging, maintenance, upgrades, and general support for all network equipment.
- Evaluate, test, and deploy all software and hardware upgrades to the networking infrastructure.
- Proactive monitoring of all network devices, services, and servers using a combination of tools to ensure high availability and SLA’s.
- Collect and review network utilization data for capacity and planning purposes.
- Assist in developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery plans.
- Interface with vendors for procurement & maintenance of all IT infrastructures.
- Manage & troubleshoot network and Internet connectivity throughout the organization.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend technologies to support business requirements.
- Rigorously create and maintain documentation for all processes and procedures.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly meetings.
- Monitor network and connectivity with branches.
