Job Description

lead and manage the financial and accounting operations across all branches, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, monitor inventory and cost controls, and support the company’s financial planning and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control, and cost accounting.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Monitor and reconcile customer and supplier accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.
  • Ensure proper tracking of inventory movement and valuation, and oversee stock audits in coordination with warehouse teams.
  • Analyze and control product costs and pricing structures, and support profitability analysis.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of accounting software and ERP systems, ensuring effective usage by the team.
  • Manage and mentor the accounting team, promote skill development, and assign responsibilities based on team members’ capabilities.
  • Establish and enforce strong internal controls and compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
  • Provide financial forecasts, budget plans, and business recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Solid experience in customer and vendor account management, inventory monitoring, and cost analysis.
  • Prior work experience in trading, distribution, or retail sectors with multi-branch operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and practical use of modern accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
