Job Description
Daily Operations Management: Coordinate and supervise daily activities across the institute’s branches to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Client Correspondence: Receive, organize, and process client inquiries, documenting and tracking them through the institute’s systems.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate periodic meetings with relevant departments and branch teams to monitor progress and address issues.
Reporting & Presentations: Collect, update, and analyze client data to prepare periodic reports and presentations aimed at evaluating operational performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field, preferably in a multifunctional environment.
- Additional certifications or training in office management, business writing, or office software are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); data analysis skills are a plus.
- Experience with Google Sheets and email/ file management systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning).
- Strong reporting and statistical analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and adaptability.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly identify root causes and propose effective solutions
