Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for MEP materials and subcontracts services.
- Prepare, review, and issue RFQs (Request for Quotations), compare offers, and perform technical and commercial evaluations in collaboration with engineering.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment terms with vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain a database of approved MEP vendors and evaluate supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and relevant local/international standards.
- Resolve procurement-related issues including delivery delays, non-conformance, and quality issues.
- Assign tasks, provide directions, and ensure the MEP procurement team fulfills all job-related responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
- Experience +10years in the same field.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong leadership and decision maker.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, ELV, etc.).
