Job Description

  • The Social Media Specialist will be charged with managing a number of client’s social media
  • Profiles and executing the marketing strategy. The successful candidate will develop and
  • Maintain but not limited to blogs, video feeds, trending social networking sites and resource
  • Centers. The candidate will be responsible for providing the customers with comprehensive
  • Analytics, data presentations, and resource management reports. This candidate will have a
  • Demonstrated history of working in a fast-paced environment while delivering multiple projects
  • On schedule, on budget and with no errors.


  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking, and messaging and audience identification
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (Creative, commercial, and project managers) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
  • Creating and managing monthly promotions.
  • Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hoot suite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective
  • Participants (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat etc.) and how they can be deployed.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Fluency in English
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
  • Aware by other digital marketing tools such SEO/SEM marketing, Email marketing, PPC campaigns is PLUS
