Job Description
• Handle Merchant Onboarding process: Supporting merchant on onboarding phase, enabling the different payment method & feature that are supported.
• Transactional Inquires Handling: Handle the various transaction issues, on different payment method, support on resolving it and ability to trace the issue.
• Technical Support: Handling the technical issue that might face the merchant regarding the POS Device or Website for Various Platform “Shopify – Woo-commerce ... etc “, provide the proper solution and fixation.
• Merchant Support: Assist in resolving merchant different inquiries and issues related to backoffice operations.
• Tickets handling: Handling tickets Internally & Externally for various complain & inquires to ensure backoffice daily operations are operated smoothly.
• Partners Operating: Support on onboarding process, streamline the process for onboarding and resolving the transactional issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Finance, Customer Service, Commercial, Technical Support & Other Relevant Department.
Job Requirements
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
•Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Technology Filed.
•Skills:
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is highly recommended.
o Strong Background with Various Platforms (Shopify – EWCID – Woo-commerce) is preferred.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Financial Background is a must.
o Familiarity with POS Devices and their operations.
o Proactive and resourceful in resolving issues.
