Job Description

Job Summary: 

  • Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls. managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive. booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. organizing events and conferences.

 

Job Description: 

  • Responsible for effective time-management of CEO in prioritizing meetings and tasks to make best use out of CEO's time.
  • Responsible for co-ordination of business trips of CEO and VIP visitors.
  • Co-operating with other internal and external offices /assistants along the CEO's and VIP's schedules.
  • Following up with internal and external contacts including active reminders on deliverables according to CEO's tasks and projects.
  • Reporting and Preparing presentations and meeting minutes on request of management.
  • Planning and maintaining calendar- schedule and fix executive meetings; managing and coordinating travel managements.
  • Assisting in event planning as assigned.
  • Responsible for CEO's "steering folder" on business, organization and projects in the country.
  • Confidentially handling data and information, Co-operating with Sales, Controlling and all other functional departments to keep the "steering folder" updated.
  • Accountable for special tasks/projects assigned by the CEO.
  • Accountable and responsible for the preparation of the regular management reports.
  • Assisting with preparing and moderating sales meetings, regular sales reports, etc., coordinating related meetings.
  • Purchasing CEO office supplies.
  • Coordinating regular maintenance for CEO office equipment.
  • Coordinating CEO office readiness.
  • Independently carrying out all necessary organizational tasks.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in relevant majors.
  • Language school graduated (preferably American, IGCSE & IB).
  • The English Language is a MUST ( B2 - C1 ).
  • Age min 28 to max 35
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Very presentable and tactful.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications.
  • Familiar with ERP information systems.
  • Live nearby work location (Dokki, Gizah)
