Job Description
- Direct, review, or approve project design changes
- Review/approve all shop drawings, method statements, and As Built drawings prepared by the contractor.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients.
- Playing a part in project and team management.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
- Supervises and motivates performance to Mechanical engineering requirements as per contract.
- Follow up on the contractor’s activities and new problems during work and provide immediate solutions to them
- Inspection works and specify the notes to be modified
- Making a daily report for the resident engineer
- Reviewing of occupational safety and health.
- Coordination with all departments and all necessary trades.
- . Ensuring the quality and approval of the supplied materials, ensuring that samples are taken and approved for testing and certification.
- Attend and approve all testing and commissioning processes
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in mechanical engineering
- Creativity and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
- Technical writing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
- good English level.
