Job Description
- Supervise on-site execution of mechanical works (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing).
- Ensure all work is carried out according to drawings, specs, and project standards.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Prepare material requests and ensure timely delivery to the site.
- Monitor subcontractor work quality and compliance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and report progress to management.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Solid background in mechanical systems for large-scale projects.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure in dynamic site conditions.
