We are looking to hire a sales coordinator with great interpersonal skills to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities:
•Meet and greet our customers in the showroom.

Explain technical product information to customers.
Explain financial information to customers.
Recommend products or services to customers
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and notifying customers with delivery dates.
Handling social media direct messages.
Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers.
Follow up on quotations and client payments and contracts
Accurately complete order information, collect deposits and fees, Keep orderly customer records, and research customer payments and deliveries
Keep Sales Tracking updates.
Research and identify potential customers for products or services.
Make market survey reports
Contact customers to arrange appointments and ensure all sales representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Developing new leads

A bachelor's degree in any field.
1 to 3 years experience in similar companies with good knowledge of wood work
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
