Job Description
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Coordinate activities related to admission of patients in hospital or other medical facility: Confers with physicians, and nursing, housekeeping, transport, and other staff members to coordinate and schedule admission of patient.
- Accomplishes admissions and hospital mission by completing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Proven work experience as a ER Receptionist or Admission Officer.
- Males Only.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
