Project Management ExperienceHanding Projects with Multiple HCM/ERP modules involved.Managing Productivity, quality of deliverables, SOW obligation fulfilment, on-time delivery with aligned effort per PCB or better, scope monetization, talent planning, customer/stakeholder management.Proven experience managing projects of similar size and complexity. Familiarity with project planning, task scheduling, procurement, budgeting, risk management, and conflict resolution. Knowledge of project management software tools and applications. Specific Skills And ProficienciesQuality Control: Ensuring the quality of deliverables.Scope Management: Monetizing project scope and managing changes.Talent Planning: Organizing and managing project teams.Stakeholder Management: Effective communication with customers and stakeholders.HCM Cloud Knowledge: Understanding any of the modules like Core HR, Absences, Workforce Compensation, OTL, Payroll, or ORC.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
