Job Description
As an Administrative/Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting both administrative functions and human resources operations within the company.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and ensure timely and appropriate responses.Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for HR staff.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data compilation as needed.Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.Support employee relations activities, including maintaining employee files, responding to inquiries, and assisting with disciplinary procedures as needed.Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a human resources department.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
