Be as proud to belong to Meliá as we are of you ????Your tasks:Provides personalised attention to HoDs or staff (concerns, doubts, delivery of recommendation letters, references, coaching, company information, etc.)Holds one-to-one conversations to get to know team members, their aspirations, conflicts, areas of need, concerns, etc. and provide feedbackMakes requests to cover vacancies for HoDs and general staff and is responsible for the publication (internal and external) of vacancies and screening candidates following the policies and procedures defined by HRHSRecruit & Selects HoDs for the hotel together with the GMPromotes the use of E-melia and ensures compliance with mandatory training schedulesImplements the hotel annual training plan and coordinates invitations, documentation, organisation and other needs to ensure their successMonitoring KPI´s of recruitment, learning & development and cultureWhat we are looking for:You have a university degree in hotel management, business administration or an equivalent qualificationYou have at least three years' experience as an HR manager, preferably in the hotel industry, and may have experience in different HR areasIt is easy for you to motivate your employees (m/f/d) to perform at their best and you always have an open ear for your employees (m/f/d)You are not afraid of working with MS OfficeA warm and positive charisma as well as empathy and loyalty are a matter is natural for youAt Meliá we are all VIP ????Great professionals who make everyday life easier and exceptional.
