Job DescriptionJob Summary:BK Gulf LLC is looking for experienced HSE Engineer to support our MEP projects across UAE.Job Responsibility Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures on MEP projects Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks Investigate incidents and near misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures Provide HSE training to employees and ensure awareness of safety protocols Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate HSE requirements into project plans Stay up-to-date on regulations and best practices in HSE for MEP projectsCandidate Requirements UAE/MOFA attested bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must Certification in Health & Safety (e.g. NEBOSH) is preferred Proven experience as an HSE Engineer with a focus on MEP projects Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Attention to detail and problem-solving skillsSkillsSkills: In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. Strong understanding of risk assessment and hazard identification techniques. Ability to develop and implement health and safety plans and procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills to address safety issues in the workplace. Effective communication skills to train and educate employees on safety protocols. Proficiency in conducting safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance. Strong leadership skills to promote a safety culture within the organization. Attention to detail to analyze incident reports and recommend preventive measures. Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
