As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing media strategies, optimizing account performance, and collaborating with SMB advertisers to enhance brand visibility and drive successful advertising campaigns. Your role will require you to effectively communicate with clients, understand their goals, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize their advertising success.What You’ll DoServe as a primary point of contact for SMB clients, providing guidance, insights, and recommendations to help them achieve their advertising goals on Amazon.Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, providing exceptional service and support.Create and implement effective media strategies for advertisers, aligning with their goals and objectives.Regularly evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Encourage and guide advertisers in adopting various ad formats such as Sponsored Brands (SB), Sponsored Products (SP), and Sponsored Display (SD).Collaborate with advertisers to establish brand stores on Amazon and ensure periodic content refreshes for brand enhancement. Present strategies and coordinate with advertisers to deliver engaging brand experiences.Leverage reports and analytics to enhance account performance and visibility.Provide detailed recommendations to managed accounts, including optimization opportunities and best practices.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and changes to Amazon's advertising platform, continuously seeking opportunities for optimization and innovation.Close collaboration with client and cross-functional teams (Leadership, Growth, Tech Support, etc.) to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery by correct understanding of objectives and implementing them.Providing consultative support to clients, education of clients in collaboration with Tech support resources.Providing custom reports to internal stakeholders with collaboration to Tech support.Monitor and follow up on Account out of Balance, Proforma Invoice, and Release Order to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.Utilize bulk operations to drive large-scale optimization and efficiency across managed accounts. Implement strategies to minimize manual efforts and maximize productivity.What You Need For This RoleBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.Proven experience in managing Amazon Advertising campaigns.In-depth knowledge of Amazon Advertising platform or Google Ads (Search Engine Marketing Platform), including Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, Sponsored Display, and brand store management.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.Previous experience with ad sales is a big plus Proficiency in using Amazon/Google Ads Advertising tools and analytics platforms.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience with financial management and reporting is a plus.What You’ll Love About UsWe care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your positionWork in a dynamic team in a fast-paced industry of an international company with multi-cultural teams around the world Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising Flexible Work Models.
