Job Description Contribute, under supervision, to the development of mental health policies and procedures. Provide clinical supervision to master’s level interns and conduct professional in-service training. Participate in hospital-based mental health awareness initiatives. Conduct crisis intervention for inpatients and outpatients. Advise, collaborate, and consult with multidisciplinary teams on the psychological needs of patients and families, as well as on effective patient management. Serve under supervision as a team member in disaster management, including sentinel events. Assist in the development and execution of patient advocacy and mental health awareness initiatives.
