As Florist You Will Need To
Strategy and Planning
Conduct the training for all the housekeeping team of Miraval flower and decoration arrangement.
VIP villas/Rooms arrangement.
Paid and not paid set up in the rooms.
Honeymoon- Paid and not paid arrangement.
Wedding Anniversary- Paid and not paid arrangement.
Birthday - Paid and not paid arrangement.
Core Responsibilities
Design & Installation: Create bespoke floral arrangements for lobbies, guest rooms, restaurants, spas, and event spaces.
These designs must harmonize with the resort’s aesthetic and seasonal themes.
Event Styling: Collaborate with event planners to design floral décor for weddings, corporate events, product launches, and private celebrations.
Guest Experience: Prepare personalized bouquets for VIP guests, honeymooners, or special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries.
Maintenance: Ensure all arrangements remain fresh and vibrant by watering, pruning, and replacing wilted flowers regularly.
Strategic Impact
Atmosphere Creation: Use floral design to evoke emotions, enhance relaxation, and elevate the overall ambiance of the resort.
Brand Identity: Contribute to the resort’s signature look and feel, often working with world-renowned floral designers to maintain exclusivity and sophistication.
Sensory Engagement: Incorporate floral scents and textures to enrich the sensory experience of guests, especially in spas and wellness areas.
Collaboration & Leadership
Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping, front office, Spa and F&B teams to meet their floral needs and maintain consistency across the property.
Supplier Management: Source premium flowers and materials, often from local vendors, to ensure top-tier quality.
Team Leadership: In larger resorts, lead a team of floral designers and manage daily operations, budgets, and timelines.

Strong communication and good knowledge of flowers
Proficiency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Requires extended periods of walking, standing, bending, and stair climbing throughout the shift.
Ability to lift or carry items up to 20 kg as needed.
