We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientated Documentation Manager (Ad Dammam, Saudi Arabia) to join our dynamic team at PIL.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing all import/export documentation processes within our shipping operations while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all import/export documentation in compliance with local and international regulations.


Develop and implement document control procedures to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and version control.


Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, customs brokers, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and correct documentation.


Maintain and organize the document control database and filing systems.


Monitor documentation workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.


Ensure all documentation meets company standards and legal requirements.


Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation and records.


Train and guide team members on documentation procedures and compliance standards.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in documentation within the shipping or logistics industry
In-depth knowledge of import/export processes and documentation practices

Proven leadership and team management capabilities

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
