Provide top-notch assistance for configurations, setups, and the occasional IT exorcism. Whether it's onsite or emergency visits, you're there with bells on!???? Team Collaboration: Join forces with other IT champs to ensure all systems are BFFs and working in harmony.???? Monitor and Maintain: Keep a hawk eye on our service desk ticketing system. Track, log, and juggle those incidents and requests like a circus star!???? Learning and Development: Keep those skills sharp and shiny by staying updated on the latest and greatest in system and network engineering.???? Qualifications: What Makes You Tick???? Knowledge and Experience: Bring at least 6 months of battle scars and stories from the IT front lines.???? Be Willing to Learn: Got an appetite for new skills and tech snacks?
